The European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), represented by Fabio Bargiacchi, Executive Director, and Victoria Florinder, Electoral Conflict Management Advisor, participated in the 18th Annual General Conference of the Electoral Commission Forum of SADC Countries (ECF-SADC) that took place from 22 to 26 August 2016 in Gaborone, Botswana.
In this context, ECES took part in the seminar “Institutionalising Electoral Performance Audits for Enhanced Integrity”, organised by the ECF-SADC with the aim of improving awareness of electoral performance audits and their use to improve the integrity of elections.
