ECES – Techniques d’animation de groupes: Guide à l’usage des agents de sensibilisation électorale

Group facilitation needs an appropriate preparation and organisation. The facilitator has to take into account the time needed to present the choice of material and the choice of the appropriate venue. Similarly, in order to successfully succeed in the work, every facilitator needs to take an interactive approach based on knowledge exchange. The aim of this document is to support facilitators in the preparation of their work by providing the correct tools and tips in the organisation and delivering of group work and training. The document was created in the framework of the PACTE Madagascar project.
