EPD member organisation ECES (the European Centre for Electoral Support) is looking for an Evaluation Expert to conduct a mid-term evaluation within the framework of its project PACTE-Burkina Faso (Projet d’Appui à la Crédibilité et à la Transparence des Elections au Burkina Faso (www.pacte-burkinafaso.eu). The objective of the project is to support free and fair elections in the country through capacity building.
