On March 24th, the Permanent Mission of the Netherlands in Brussels organised a book presentation to present and debate the key findings of the book Illicit Networks and Politics in Latin America . The participants included delegates of the Commission on Latin America and the Caribbean (COLAC) and representatives of the European External Action Service (EEAS). The book is the result of the combined research of NIMD, International IDEA and Clingendeal on the connections between organised crime and politics conducted in five Latin American countries: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala and Honduras.
