Together with the institute for European studies of the University of Saint-Louis, the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES) holds a conference on security, stability and human rights breaches in the European neighbourhood. Three panels will look at the EU’s current, short-term and long-term strategies for fostering peace and security in Ukraine, North Africa and the Middle East. The event will take place in French, with only the second panel in English.
