EPD is pleased to announce that the Agence Française de Coopération Médias (CFI) has joined the Community of Practice.
CFI implements development projects in favour of media actors in developing countries for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development. By providing assistance to public and private stakeholders in the media industry, CFI contributes to reinforcing the modernisation and democratisation processes supported by the French government.
Committed to developing media outlets in Africa, MENA region, EU Eastern Neighbourhood and South-East Asia, CFI identifies and analyses what is required, and then works alongside media organisations and the professionals who run them, together with members of civil society.
