Le Consortium formé par European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), Osservatorio di Pavia, Search for Common Ground (SFCG) et Centre for Creative Leadership a rédigé le Rapport d’évaluation finale externe du Projet d’Initiative Citoyenne pour la Consolidation de la Paix – Leadership et Stabilité (INCIPALS) au Madagascar.
Ledit rapport a été conçu suite à une mission à Madagascar entre la période de juin à août 2016 et aux nombreux entretiens avec des acteurs locaux au regard du projet INCIPALS, dont l’objectif global est de contribuer à la mise en place d’un environnement apaisé et la consolidation du processus de démocratisation.
