EPD, in collaboration with International IDEA, The European Endowment for Democracy, the European Network of Political Foundations, the European Parliament, and the European External Action Service, is organising an event entitled “International Day of Democracy: Democracy Today and Tomorrow”, which will take place Wednesday 28 September at the European Parliament in Brussels.

Experts, politicians and practitioners will reflect on the meaning of key ingredients of democracy such as representation, accountability, participation, inclusion and education.
