ALDA – The Role of Local Authorities in the Promotion of the Values of the European Constitution

Following the rejection of the European Constitution, the EU engaged in a period of reflection and broad debate with civil society and political parties in order to collect the input of a wider range of stakeholders. This report is the summary of a conference which aimed to find ways to support interaction with local authorities in re-drafting the Constitution.
